PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) arrived into the security market place a number of years ago.
Since this time many manufacturers have joined in the ongoing discussion about what defines a PSIM and how it should operate.
Any organisation wishing to link all of their security systems can naturally feel over whelmed with all of the information that is presented by the manufactures. A web search or a manufacturers handout often complicates what the end user should be expecting a solution to provide. We at Bridge do not believe it telling any organisation what product they need without first listening to what they require.
All too often we hear of reports where the first most basic step of capturing the customer requirements has been missed. Without this first step months later and at high cost the solution is found to be unsuitable.
Please contact us today to discuss how we can support you on selecting the right product for your organisation.
In a June 2012 report, Frost & Sullivan noted there was a PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) education gap. Bridge Technical Consultants are currently working to fill this training gap by creating a worldwide training course to cover all aspects of PSIM. The training course will cover all aspects of PSIM from integration of sub systems (CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intruder Detection Systems, Perimeter Intruder Detection Systems, Intercoms, Fire Detection Systems, etc) through to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
